Subscribed on iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then LenguaZen, then Cancel Subscription.
Subscribed on the website: open Settings in LenguaZen, go to Billing and tap Manage billing. You can cancel there.
In the app, open the Account tab and tap Restore Purchases under Subscription. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on the website, email us.
In the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete account. On the website, open Settings and use Delete account under Danger zone. Either way you type DELETE to confirm. It removes your journal, Word Bank, library, uploads and progress for good.
Deleting ends a website subscription straight away, with no refund for unused time. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first using the steps above.
